Good tutorials, easy access

I bought the Royal Icing Techniques tutorial. It was clear and easy to follow. Access was immediate after purchase. Got what I needed quickly. Will use again.

Mostly positive, one small snag

I signed up for the Cookie-A-Thon Virtual Event, mainly for the Floral Cookie Techniques. The tutorials were well-presented and I learned a lot. The value for the content was pretty good. My only small issue was with accessing one of the downloadable supply lists; it took a couple of tries to get it to open on my tablet. Customer service got back to me within a day though and helped sort it out. Overall, a good experience and I'd consider buying another pass.

Consistent quality, always learn something

This was my third time buying the VIP All-Access Pass. I've done a few of their Holiday Cookie Workshops and Character Cookie Tutorials before, and they've always been good. This time, the Airbrushing for Cookies class was a standout. The content is consistently high quality and I always pick up new tips. The replays are easy to find and watch later, which is super helpful when life gets busy. They have a good system down.

So much fun!

I got the VIP All-Access Pass for the last event and it was amazing! The Floral Cookie Techniques and Character Cookie Tutorials were my favorites. I learned so many new things, the instructors were all great. I will definitely be back for the next one and tell my cookie friends about it!
